Those of you who live in my area — Genesee County, MI — should be aware of the upcoming annual SKYWARN severe weather spotter training. As usual, the training will take place in the Harris Auditorium in the Genesee County Administration Building, 1101 Beach Street in Flint.
The dates and times are:
- March 21, Saturday, 10AM untill Noon
- April 7, Tuesday, 7PM until 9PM
The class and parking are both free to the public. The classes are sponsored by the Genesee County Amateur Radio Emergency Service, Inc. and the National Weather Service.
