Having recently been asked for a recommendation of a good scanner frequency list, I did some online research. I found an excellent resource for those trying to find information about radio frequencies and FCC licensees. RadioReference.com features an extensive database, a Wiki, forums and a site search.
RadioReference.com is the world’s largest radio communications reference website, featuring a complete frequency database, trunked radio system information, FCC License assignments and callsign maps, 10-Code Lists, agency maps, files, downloads, links, and detailed agency information for most public safety, military, and local government communications.

The same group who activated Isla de Cabras on April 18 will be doing it again, activating Old San Juan, Puerto Rico to also qualify it for the [award] program US Islands which has the number PR-013 and as said before at least 25 contacts with 2 countries are needed to qualify it for the program. Up to now only Puerto Rico, Vieques and Isla de Cabras are qualified from a list of 44. To see the list go to LINK.
“But there is also a reason to make it a two-on-one event, every second tuesday of May is Amateur Radio Operator Day in Puerto Rico, as stated in the Law Number 50 of June 7th. 1996, a little known fact here locally, I did not even know about this day a week ago, and we want to demonstrate that special events can be made anytime, not always on weekends as is the norm over here” said Danny Ponce - WP4F, one of the participants.
